EduTalent Group is hiring for a Temporary Plumbing Lecturer to deliver apprenticeship programmes in plumbing and property maintenance.
Location: Erith SE London
Hours: 28 per week
Contract: Until 30 April 2026
Working Days: Mondays to Thursdays
About the role: Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to apprentices, supporting them through their standards and preparing them for End Point Assessment. Track learner progress, contribute to curriculum development and support learner reviews in partnership with skills coaches.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Plumbing NVQ
- Assessor qualification
- Industry experience within plumbing or construction trades
- Experience teaching or training learners (desirable)
- Understanding of apprenticeships (desirable)
- Strong organisation and record‑keeping skills
- Ability to deliver engaging lessons and micro‑teach sessions
- Enhanced DBS within the last 3 years
- Right to work documentation
- Overseas police checks where applicable
