About EduTalent Group are working in partnership with an established and rapidly growing EdTech provider that delivers engaging, curriculum-aligned content across World Languages, Science and Geography. With a strong presence across the UK, US and international schools, the platform supports over 10,000 teachers and 1 million students globally.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role focused primarily on the US market (Grades 6–12), with additional opportunities across UK Multi-Academy Trusts. The position is suited to a driven, self-starting sales professional who thrives on building pipeline, developing relationships and closing complex, long-cycle deals within the education sector.
Requirements- Proven full-cycle EdTech sales experience, including prospecting through to close
- Strong experience selling curriculum-facing products into secondary education (KS3 KS5 / US Grades 6–12)
- Exposure to the US education market (district-level preferred), or exceptional UK MAT experience with the ability to transition quickly
- Background in teacher-facing or classroom-based software solutions
- Demonstrable success managing long sales cycles (8–12 months) with multiple stakeholders
- Confident communicator, able to engage with teachers, curriculum leads and district decision-makers
- Self-motivated with a proactive, high-energy sales approach
- Comfortable working remotely and across international time zones
- Willingness to travel internationally (including regular US travel)
£45,000-£50,000 base salary with £70,000+ OTE (uncapped commission structure)
- 10% up to target
- 15% once target is achieved
- 20% above 200% of target
- Additional incentives for science sales and multi-year contracts
