Overview
EduTalent Group is searching for Well being practitioners for a fantastic setting in West Sussex. A Well being practitioner will play a key role in supporting the learning, personal development, and well-being of pupils. You’ll work alongside experienced educators to deliver tailored support to children with diverse needs, helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils with their educational, personal, and social development.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to planning, monitoring, and assessment.
- Assist with the implementation of individualized learning strategies and behaviour plans.
- Promote the safeguarding and welfare of all learners.

Requirements
- Some experience in the care or education of children, or transferable skills.
- Basic understanding of child development.
- Ability to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
