  • Design Gamification Systems: Create and refine habit‑building features such as daily streaks, rewards and engagement loops.
  • Oversee Product Development: Work collaboratively with designers and developers to translate ideas into clear product features.
  • Manage eCommerce Integration: Support the connection between customisation feature and Print‑on‑Demand services.
  • Launch and Test: Lead initiatives such as the “First 100 Superhero” campaign to validate the direct‑to‑consumer model.
  • Optimise Customer Journey: Work with team to improve checkout flow, reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor Product Performance: Track engagement metrics, user feedback and sales insights.
