eduSOIL is an international non-profit arts organization dedicated to providing mental health support for underserved children and adults through community arts, wellbeing programs, and youth leadership opportunities. Since 2011, eduSOIL has empowered over 16,000 individuals, primarily Black and Asian, across 11 countries. By fostering creativity, compassion, and resilience, programs integrate meditative inquiry, dance, writing, poetic films, mindfulness, yoga, and design thinking. The HR & Volunteer Operations Assistant is a hybrid opportunity which will support the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient management of HR processes and volunteer engagement.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating volunteer activities
- Maintaining operational records
- Aiding in HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding
- Fostering clear communication lines within the organization
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills with an ability to evaluate data and optimize processes
- Proven Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail
- Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation and communication
- Familiarity or experience in a non-profit or arts-based organization is a plus
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
