AS and A-level French, German and Spanish Visiting Examiners
Eduqas are welcoming applications from Teachers, FE Lecturers or retired teachers who have taught either A-level French or German or Spanish.
The role
Visiting Examiners will be required to attend an examiner conference where training will be given on the procedures of marking Speaking Assessments. Visiting Examiners will arrange visits to their allocated examination centres and assess candidates speaking assessments. Examiners will be paid a fee for attending the examiner conference and for the days they assess candidates’ speaking tests.
Examining is a rewarding and interesting experience that can also be undertaken alongside your existing teaching role.
About you
We’re keen to hear from current or retired teachers or lecturers with teaching and assessment experience in either French or German or Spanish. Candidates should be available for a period of approximately 5 days to undertake their visits between March and the beginning of May. Successful applicants need to be based in the United Kingdom.

Our extensive support network is in place so you can contact your dedicated Team Leader or Principal Examiner and WJEC\’s Appointees team as you examine.
