We're dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of teaching and delivering engaging, professional lessons that truly make a difference.

We are currently seeking committed, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable teachers with immediate availability. You will deliver interactive online ESL classes, typically lasting 50 minutes, in a 1-to-1 format. All teaching materials are provided. No lesson planning required!

Teachers will complete brief student feedback and assign homework tasks (approx. 10 minutes) after each class, contributing to our mission to offer high-quality, tailored education.

Scheduling & Commitment:
  • Minimum of 5 classes per week - candidates would ideally be looking to build up 15+ classes per week with us
  • Must have at least some weekend availability between 2:00 AM and 3:00 PM UK Time.
  • Flexible scheduling: peak hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM UK Time (Monday-Sunday). Additional opportunities available from midnight to 7:00 AM BST.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably education-related)
  • Minimum of 2 years' ESL online teaching experience
  • Criminal Background Check completed within the past 3 years
  • Strong computing skills
  • Fun, engaging, and positive personality
  • Reliable computer: Minimum 2015 Mac or PC with an Intel i5 processor (9th generation or newer), and 16GB RAM
  • High-speed internet (Minimum speeds: 25 Mbps Download / 20 Mbps Upload)

Salary and Benefits:

  • £20 / hour ≈ $27 / €23
  • £15 per 50-minute class or £20 per 60-minute class
