We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth across EMEA.

You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business with mid-market and enterprise companies – helping transform how they train and empower their people. This is a key role in scaling eduMe’s impact and expanding our customer base across key verticals such as retail, hospitality, logistics and manufacturing and on-demand.

We operate on a hybrid working schedule, spending 2-3 days per week together in our Southwark office in London.

What you’ll do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close for qualified inbound and self-generated opportunities
  • Proactively generate pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, account-based prospecting, and strategic networking
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (C-suite, L&D, Operations, HR) to understand their challenges and align eduMe’s value proposition
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that highlight eduMe’s impact and ROI
  • Partner with Marketing to convert inbound demand into high-quality opportunities
  • Build relationships and collaborate with our strategic and technology partners to close shared customers
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a seamless handover and long-term customer success
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene to ensure visibility and predictability of performance
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategy, messaging, and best practices, helping shape how eduMe sells at scale
  • Proactively embrace and use AI tooling to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process

What you’ll need

  • Proven success as a Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, or similar closing role within SaaS, ideally HR tech, Learning, or Frontline enablement platforms
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience selling into mid-market across EMEA
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A consultative, value-based approach to selling – you focus on solving problems, not pushing products
  • You’re curious and confident with AI – you use it daily to enhance your efficiency, creativity, and customer conversations
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and growing company
  • Curiosity, drive, and resilience – you’re passionate about the mission and excited to make an impact

What we’ll offer you

  • 33 days of paid leave a year including bank holidays, with the option to carry 5 days over
  • Vitality Health cover for physical & mental health support
  • Inclusion in the company share option plan – you’re a part of the success!
  • Flexible working to support you, your life, and those around you
  • The opportunity to spend 30 days working from anywhere around the globe each year
  • Enhanced parental leave for primary and secondary carers
  • Enhanced sick pay for physical and mental health
  • £500 annual personal learning and education budget
  • A budget to spend on socialising with your team
  • Catered lunch, breakfast, snacks & drinks in our London office – as well as fortnightly massages!
