SEN Teaching Assistant - Flexible Absence Cover in Bury

We are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to cover staff absences at a specialist secondary school in Bury. The school supports young people aged 11–19 with a wide range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties and complex learning needs, through personalised learning pathways. • Competitive daily pay rates in line with previous experience. • Location: Bury, Greater Manchester. • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN is essential. • Flexible absence cover to suit your availability, with the option of working up to five days per week, subject to cover requirements. • Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. • A patient, adaptable approach and confidence supporting individual learning and communication needs. You will work alongside teaching staff to help pupils access learning, develop independence and feel confident in the classroom.
