To drive international student enrolment by developing, managing, and expanding B2B partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational agents. This role requires using an accounting/finance background to provide ROI-driven consulting to students and partners, analyzing market trends, and managing high-value institutional accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Development (B2B): Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with international education agents, universities and schools to expand the B2B channel partners and student pipeline.
- Sales Target Management: Lead recruitment efforts to meet or exceed student enrolment targets across key destinations (UK and Europe).
- Financial & ROI Advisory: Utilize finance background to provide accurate ROI projections to students regarding tuition, cost of living, scholarships, and post-study work opportunities.
- Agent Network Management: Negotiate commission structures, contract terms, and performance SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with channel partners.
- Market Intelligence & Forecasting: Analyze global education trends and financial feasibility of target markets to inform company growth strategies.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales, and/or overseas education consulting within the education sector.
- Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Financial Literacy: Good understanding of international forex, fee structures, and commission management.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and networking skills. Knowledge in CRM/Excel is preferred.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally for education fairs and partner meetings.
