A specialist SEMH school and Alternative Provision in Wandsworth is looking for an experienced SEN Teacher / SEMH Teacher to join their team immediately. The school supports students with severe SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, Autism (ASC/ASD), ADHD, trauma-related needs and complex behavioural difficulties. Many students have experienced barriers to mainstream education and require strong, consistent and therapeutic support. This role is ideal for a resilient teacher with strong behaviour management who is confident working within PRU, SEMH or SEND settings.
The Role:
- Teaching students with SEMH, Autism, ADHD and behavioural needs
- Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
- Managing challenging behaviour using restorative approaches
- Supporting emotional regulation and student engagement
- Working closely with pastoral teams, behaviour mentors and SLT

Requirements:
- QTS / QTLS / ECT
