Educo Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for a Primary School in Watford.

The role focuses on supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and develop confidence and independence.

You will work with class teachers and the support team to tailor learning plans, support behaviour and development, and promote an inclusive classroom environment.
