We are working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive SEND school in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Secondary Teacher to join their dedicated team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about education and committed to supporting young people aged 16–18 to achieve their full potential in a positive, nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Teachers with experience in secondary schools, further education, colleges, sixth forms or other post-16 settings are particularly encouraged to apply.
The Role
As a Secondary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, creative and highly differentiated lessons to young people aged 16–18, ensuring teaching is adapted to meet individual needs, abilities and learning styles.
You will work closely with Teaching Assistants, specialist staff and the wider school team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where young people feel supported, motivated and encouraged to succeed.
