A welcoming primary school is looking for full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team. This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and making a positive impact in a school environment.
We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who can confidently support pupils with additional needs, both 1:1 and in small groups, while working alongside teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their full potential.
Teaching Assistant β Requirements- Experience working with SEN children (essential)
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant within a UK school
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Full availability β Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
- Ability to support learning, behaviour and emotional needs effectively
- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
- Support emotional regulation, communication and social development
- Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team and SENCO
- Help create a positive and safe learning environment
Location: Camden
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, long-term
