Educo Recruitment is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Welwyn Garden City. You will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities, whilst fostering confidence and independence.

Working alongside teachers and support staff, you'll help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally, contribute to a safe and inclusive environment, and support positive outcomes.
