We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in a range of Primary Schools across North London, including Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Islington, Camden and Brent. Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, a youth worker, sports coach, mentor or looking to start a career in education, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Helping pupils remain engaged and make progress with their learning
- Supporting children with varying academic, behavioural and additional learning needs
- Encouraging confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours

We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)

- Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to learn
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
