We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join a high-achieving primary school in Southwark on a long-term basis, starting ASAP. In this role, the Teaching Assistant will provide targeted academic support to pupils, working one-to-one and in small groups to enhance engagement, consolidate learning, and help pupils achieve their full potential. As a Teaching Assistant you will also support pupils' social and emotional development, promoting positive learning behaviours, resilience, and self-regulation. Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills are essential for this Teaching Assistant role. Applicants should have a minimum of one year's experience in a primary school setting and a commitment to fostering high academic standards.
