After School Provision ManagerLocation: St. Albans
Salary: Dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school seeking an enthusiastic and experienced After School Provision Manager to lead its after school club.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a childcare professional with leadership experience to manage a safe, engaging and enjoyable provision for children at the end of the school day.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the after school provision.
- Lead and support a small staff team.
- Plan and deliver fun, inclusive activities.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, welfare and health & safety.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and school staff.
About You
- Experience working with primary-aged children.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
- Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Passionate about providing high-quality childcare.
