Requirements:

  • Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting pupil development
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND, helping them access learning and achieve their individual goals
  • Work alongside teachers and the wider support team to deliver personalised support strategies
  • Assist with classroom activities, learning tasks, and the development of pupil independence
