Are you a Psychology Graduate, aspiring Educational Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Child Psychologist or Mental Health Practitioner looking to gain invaluable school-based experience? Educo Recruitment is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in East London (E13) seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and those requiring additional pastoral support.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced teachers, SENCOs, Educational Psychologists, Speech Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists, making it the perfect stepping stone into a career in psychology or education.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Working with children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Down Syndrome, Speech Language Needs and SEMH.
  • Assisting pupils with emotional regulation and behaviour support.
