Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive school seeking an organised and professional School Administrator to join their busy office team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced school environment and is committed to providing outstanding administrative support to staff, pupils and parents.

Key Responsibilities Provide efficient administrative support to the school office.

Manage telephone and email enquiries, welcoming visitors and parents.

Maintain accurate pupil records and school databases.

Support attendance, admissions and general office administration.

Prepare correspondence, reports and other documentation.

Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies and procedures.

About You Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school or education setting.
