Location: Haringey, North London

Pay: £110–£115 per day

Contract: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Are you confident, resilient and passionate about supporting children who may display challenging behaviour? Educo Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Haringey that is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team from September.

The Role

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
  • Support children with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and challenging behaviour
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
  • Use positive behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
  • Help pupils regulate their emotions and remain engaged in learning
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff
  • Act as a positive role model and help pupils develop confidence and resilience
