Come and join our team. The hours of duty are 37 per week, term time only and the pay scale is pro-rated Grade B. If you are passionate about helping young people to reach their full potential and can assist staff and other individuals to overcome barriers to learning, then this post may be for you.
The person appointed will work with staff, students and other stakeholders across the school, to aid communication and liaison. The role and responsibilities will vary day to day but will mainly focus around our reception area and the administrative tasks associated with it, as well as supporting the wider school administratively. Empathy, calmness and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
Glan-y-Môr and Bryngwyn School are part of a federation that strives to develop excellent standards and opportunities for all its pupils. In this context, the successful candidate would be expected to work collaboratively and closely with colleagues across the federation, but will be based at Glan Y Mor.
