Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking an enthusiastic Additional Learning Needs Support Officer for post-16 learners. You will work within the ALN Team in Education and Children's Services, partnering with schools, settings, third sector organisations and colleges to support effective transition planning and progression opportunities.

The role requires a person-centred approach, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent with ICT skills, a good understanding of ALN post-16 pathways, and Welsh verbal ability
