The Governing Body of Trerobart Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Level 4). This role will involve covering planning, preparation, and assessment of time across the school. The candidate should have a sound understanding of foundation phase principles as well as the progression steps for Curriculum for Wales and have a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will:
- Provide high-quality provision inside and outside of the classroom where pupils feel safe, happy, and thrive.
- Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality learning activities for the pupils.
- Monitor pupils and assessing, recording and reporting on pupils’ achievement, progress and development.
- Work effectively with others, are approachable, adaptable and have good communication skills.
- Manage teaching assistants effectively.
- Work closely with parents and the wider community, conducting parent workshops, meetings and reports.
The governors will provide effective support for the successful candidate who will demonstrate a strong commitment to work closely with them to provide the best possible education for children. We aim to provide excellent learning opportunities for children, teachers, and staff.
