The College Merthyr Tydfil is seeking to appoint an Administrator to provide administrative support for all functions of the Student Records Department. The successful candidate will be based in the Student Records Office.

This role is essential to the successful delivery of the College's Vision to be the college of first choice for learners, providing an essential part of their journey throughout college life, from enrolment to exams.

The role will involve administrator duties for ensuring that the learner information is accurately recorded, setting up and invigilating exams and providing assistance to academic tutors.

A DBS check and EWC registration are requirements of this post.

The post is for maternity cover, 30 hours per week, fixed term to 31 August 2027.
