Band A. Annualised hours: 699.6 - 835 (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends). Permanent, flexible fractional. Associate Lecturer Scales 1 - 4, £26,387 - £31,140 per annum, pro rata. Main Grade Scales 1 - UP1, £33,596 - £48,289 per annum, pro rata (for qualified lecturers).
About you: Ideally you should possess a minimum of level 3 qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in Catering and Hospitality, have relevant industrial experience and hold a teaching qualification (training provided). You should also hold a level 2 qualifications in Maths and English and be IT literate equivalent to level 2. Assessor/Verifier Awards would be advantageous.

Sickness benefits here are generous, and staff are also provided with free access to independent occupational health, the Employee Support Helpline, a 24-hour life management and personal support helpline. The College also employs a dedicated Health and Wellbeing Co-ordinator, who provides support and organises very popular events across the Group, as well as providing access to a variety of free wellbeing resources. There is free car parking at all of our main colleges as well as bike storage, and if you are based in the South we can also offer a 10% discount at the Lilliput Day Nursery in Neath.
