Salary: Grade 7 - £32,061 - £35,412 pro rata

Exciting New 1-Year Opportunity - Bridging Support Hub

Location: Pembrokeshire Bridging Hub and Pembrokeshire Schools | Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Tutor to take responsibility for leading our new Support Hub for children and young people struggling with anxiety, EBSA, or school non-attendance in Pembrokeshire. This exciting role will involve leading the day to day running of the hub, overseeing day-to-day delivery, and supervising a HLTA. The Lead Tutor will deliver personalised programmes that build confidence, life skills, and social development, while working closely with schools, families, and partners to support reintegration wherever possible.

You will need:

• Strong experience supporting learners with anxiety, EBSA, or additional needs
• Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, flexible approach
• Confidence in designing and delivering tailored 1:1 and group interventions, and monitoring progress
