Coleg Gwent is seeking an experienced HR Resourcing Advisor to join our HR team.

This role delivers an outstanding recruitment and resourcing service, attracting talented, diverse and values-driven colleagues who will help shape the future of education across our campuses.

You will provide expert recruitment advice to managers, champion inclusive and safer recruitment practices, and ensure every candidate enjoys a positive experience from application through to appointment.
