Gower College Swansea is recruiting to support interns with additional learning needs (ALN) to identify strengths, interests, and abilities related to skill development and employment. You will use job coaching techniques to support employability and coordinate with local employers, including travel to sites such as Amazon.
The role is 37 hours per week, fixed term until 31 August 2027, term time (40 weeks per year), based at Tycoch Campus with travel to local employers.
