Join our passionate team at Bridgend College in this flexible, hands‑on role sharing your industry expertise with the next generation of aspiring hair stylists. You will plan and deliver engaging, high‑quality learning across a range of hairdressing skills, including cutting, styling, and scalp massage. Working on a casual, ad‑hoc basis to cover departmental needs, you will play a key role in inspiring learners of all backgrounds and helping them build the practical confidence needed to succeed in the salon industry.

We are looking for an experienced professional with up-to-date salon knowledge and a strong passion for teaching. You must hold an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Hairdressing and a teaching qualification (or be prepared to obtain this). With excellent interpersonal and digital literacy skills, and the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population, you will be able to motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds.
