Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking a Services Coordinator (Health & Wellbeing) to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of targeted health and wellbeing initiatives across Pembrokeshire. You will manage a small team of Pathways Advisers, ensuring outcomes are met and services are accessible to those facing barriers to employment.

You will work with a Programme Manager, oversee multi‑agency partnerships, monitor impact, and support people in moving towards employment with inclusive.
