The successful candidate will share our values and work collaboratively with staff, pupils, parents and the wider school community to help every child achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an experienced Teaching Assistant and demonstrates a clear understanding of how children learn and develop.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Have high expectations both for children and themselves.
- Have excellent communication skills and be committed to building positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
- Support high quality teaching and learning.
- Enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning.
- Be willing to contribute to the broader life of the school community.
