St Mark's VA School is seeking an enthusiastic, caring and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to lead our exciting new Nurture Provision. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping a nurturing, inclusive environment where children can develop confidence, resilience and a love of learning.
As the lead for our Nurture Provision, you will work closely with pupils, families and staff to provide targeted support for children who may benefit from additional emotional, social or behavioural guidance. You will help create a welcoming space where children feel understood, supported and empowered to achieve their full potential.
