Salary Range: G06: Β£28,049 - Β£31,290
This is a permanent position of 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 days.

The main purpose of the Primary Cluster School Business Manager is to release Headteachers from a range of higher-level administrative and organisational responsibilities through the development and implementation of effective systems, strategies and best practice. This will enable Headteachers to focus more fully on their core responsibilities for teaching and learning, school improvement, raising standards and improving outcomes for pupils.
The Primary Cluster School Business Manager will work closely with Headteachers across the five schools and provide support in key areas including:
- HR
- Health and Safety
- School Policies and Procedures
- Finance
- Data
The post will require someone who is highly organised, able to work independently and flexibly, and confident in building effective working relationships across a number of different school settings. The successful candidate will play an important role in identifying where common systems and shared approaches can improve efficiency, while recognising and respecting the individual character and needs of each school.
