Required as soon as possible, we are seeking a highly motivated and well-qualified Cover Supervisor to support teaching and learning across the school. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that pupils continue to receive high-quality, engaging learning experiences in the absence of their usual classroom teacher.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and confident individual who is passionate about supporting young people and is capable of motivating, encouraging and challenging our learners. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and classroom management skills, a positive approach to working with pupils, and the ability to adapt confidently to a range of subjects, year groups and learning environments.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will work closely with teaching staff and colleagues across the school to deliver planned learning activities, maintain a positive and purposeful classroom environment, and support pupils to remain focused and engaged with their learning. You will be committed to upholding our high expectations of behaviour, achievement and personal development.
