We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and self-motivated Campus Protection Officers to join our team. Working in our Crosskeys campus, you will ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff, learners, and visitors by providing a visible protective presence across the campus. The role supports learner wellbeing, deters inappropriate behaviour, and contributes to safeguarding and emergency response. You will also act as a front-of-house representative, promoting a positive image of the college.
The ability to use the Welsh language at a basic level (or willingness to undertake training) is desirable.
Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will not be treated less favourably than applications submitted in English.
Requirements & Compliance
- Safeguarding: Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and EWC registration (costs covered by the candidate).
- Qualifications: Lecturers must hold or be willing to achieve a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) within a set period.
