You will provide frontline support to help learners overcome barriers, assist with transport, travel expenses, free meals and ID badges, and help learners feel included and able to focus on studies in a welcoming environment.
All staff must safeguard learners and complete pre-employment checks including DBS; EWC registration is required for roles interacting with learners.
