Flying Start is a Welsh Government initiative which offers a real opportunity to make a difference to children under 4 years of age and their families living within areas of Wrexham, who are most in need of support.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Support Assistant to join our friendly and innovative multi-disciplinary team of health, education and social care professionals.

In this busy and rewarding role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Flying Start team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services for children and families across Wrexham. Responsibilities include dealing with email and telephone correspondence, maintaining records and databases, organising meetings, taking minutes, handling enquiries, supporting performance monitoring, and contributing to the continuous improvement of business processes.

The successful candidate should have experience of using IT packages within the workplace and making improvements to practice, in addition to possessing excellent verbal, written, numerical, communication and minute taking skills.
