Bridgend College is seeking a Work Based Learning Assessor in Brickwork and Groundworks. This is a full-time permanent role (37 hours per week) with a competitive salary scale 4 (£26,804-£29,743) rising to scale 5/6 (£30,165-£36,536) on completion of assessor awards, plus a £2,500 market supplement.
You will assess learners in workplace up to NVQ Levels 2 and 3, mentor apprentices, and work with employers to ensure training meets industry standards.
