Arddleen C.P School is seeking to appoint a Year 2 and 3 Teacher for maternity cover, working 32.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract starting from 13th April 2026.
The successful candidate will be:

They will have high expectations and standards, with a proven track record of successful teaching and partnership-working. The candidate should be a versatile practitioner, able to teach learners with different abilities and those with additional needs. A good working knowledge of the Welsh curriculum is desirable.
The successful applicant will be subject to a Powys County Council enhanced disclosure from the DBS and will need two references before they can take up the post.
