Responsibilities:
- Support students in our ALN department under the guidance of the ALN Coordinator.
- Provide support to students in class or in small groups, focusing on literacy and numeracy skills, social communication, and behavioural difficulties.
- Be fully involved in the life of the school, providing administrative support and covering for absent colleagues.
- Support students outside the classroom.
- Take responsibility for line managing other teaching assistants and organising their daily schedules.
