The Headteacher and Governors of our school wish to appoint a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children in their education and development to become independent and confident individuals.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class Teacher to support the learning and development of students, providing one-on-one assistance as well as group support.
We will expect you to:
- Assist with lesson planning and preparation.
- Provide support to students during lessons and activities.
- Help to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
- Monitor and record student progress.
- Provide feedback to Teachers and parents.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
