Mae Llywodraethwyr Ysgol Bro Teifi yn awyddus i benodi addysgwr blaengar a chydwybodol i ymuno a'r ysgol fel athro/athrawes cyfnod dysgu Sylfaen ar gytundeb llawn amser a pharhaol. Agorwyd Ysgol Bro Teifi ym Medi 2016, yn dilyn buddsoddiad o £30m gan Gyngor Sir Ceredigion a Llywodraeth Cymru. Bro Teifi ydy'r Ysgol pob-oed, cyfrwng Cymraeg cyntaf yng Nghymru ac mae'n cynnig cyfleusterau dysgu o'r radd flaenaf ar gyfer yr holl ddisgyblion, o'r lleiaf i'r hynaf. Mewn arolwg Estyn (Chwefror 2019) nodwyd fod 'Ysgol Bro Teifi yn gymuned gynhwysol iawn, hynod ofalgar a Chymreig. Yn greiddiol i'w gwaith mae ei darpariaeth arbennig ar gyfer gofal, cymorth ac arweiniad sy'n cydweddu ag arwyddair yr ysgol, oni heuir ni fedir.' Ers iddi agor mae nifer y disgyblion wedi cynyddu'n sylweddol ac ar hyn o bryd, mae 847 o ddisgyblion yn yr ysgol.
