Bishop Vaughan Catholic School is seeking applications for a temporary, part-time Teacher of Design and Technology to join the Technology Department. The appointment is for a year, commencing on 13 April 2026 or as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Design and Technology teaching to students across the 11–18 age range, with focus on Food Technology and/or Fashion and Textiles.
- Work collaboratively to enhance the school’s culture of high expectations and attainment; motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
- Contribute to safeguarding and welfare of students and staff in line with the school’s policies.
Qualifications
- Qualified in Food Technology and/or Fashion and Textiles.
Other information
- The school will require a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and reference checks as part of safeguarding.
