Penybont Primary School is seeking to appoint two Supervisory Assistants to work during the lunchtime period, between 11.30am and 1.15pm every day, term time only.
Working as part of a team, the successful candidates will be required to undertake the supervision of the children in the dining halls and other areas of the school and also supervise and actively engage pupils in playground games.
Experience of working with children is essential, with the ability to encourage good behaviour and play amongst pupils would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
