The predicted salary is between 28000 - 42000 £ per year.

We have an opportunity to appoint a Permanent Learning Coach to commence in March 2026. The Learning Coach, under the direction and guidance of the ALNCO, will provide learning support programmes enabling pupils to overcome barriers to learning across both mainstream classes and Ty Dysgu, our alternative provision.

The role involves supporting pupils with a wide range of additional learning needs, promoting inclusion, and fostering positive attitudes to learning. You will assist in creating neurodevelopmental referrals, and provide targeted interventions that enhance academic progress, emotional wellbeing, and social development. The post holder will liaise with staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to pupil support.

The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
