We are seeking a Training Advisor to support apprentices and employers within Pathways Training. The role involves assessing learner needs, providing ongoing guidance and mentoring, and working closely with employers and partners to support successful apprenticeship outcomes.
About you:
- You will need to hold a Level 4 qualification in relevant discipline (HNC or equivalent).
- Relevant industrial experience along with level 2 qualifications in Maths and English.
- IT Literate to level 2.
- Relevant education/training experience is essential.
