About the role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our learners to provide academic support, facilitate learning activities, and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Your impact
- Support students as needed to help them complete assignments given by their tutors.
- Aid in the implementation of different learning programs, ensuring that students remain engaged throughout.
- Facilitate effective learning for students, both in group settings and on an individual basis.
What are we looking for?
Essential
- Experience working with young people and/or being passionate about making a difference.
- Engaging and inspirational training and delivery style.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
