ACT seeks a dynamic individual to assist learners in obtaining Management & Business apprenticeship qualifications. You will assess, train, and guide learners through various apprenticeships and Essential Skills, ensuring a seamless learner journey.
With experience of working within Business Services in a managerial role, you will manage a caseload of learners across Wales, ensuring timely qualification achievement.
Not a qualified Assessor? Don’t worry, for the right candidate we will support you in obtaining the relevant Assessor’s qualification; all we ask is the determination to achieve this.
This field-based role requires regular face-to-face meetings with learners at their workplace, as well as attendance at department meetings/training at Head Office.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience within a managerial position
- Experience of working within Business Services role such as Business administration and customer services
- Assessing Qualification – or willingness to achieve this
- Ability to support and develop others
- Proven track record of meeting targets
- Team player with ability to work on own initiative
- Well organised
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
